First, ensure that you’re logging in with a wallet that has an apartment or battlepass in it. From here, there are several ways to try to fix the issue
- Try clicking settings, going to account and pressing “logout”, after that go to the title screen and refresh. Try logging in again then.
- Click on the switch wallet.
- Disable other wallet extensions in your browser besides the one you’re trying to use
- Clear your local storage and cookies for the site
- Use a different browser
