Welcome to Soulbound: Online, a pixel-art action MMO. This guide takes you from buying the game to running dungeons with friends and building your own base.
1. Get the game on Steam
Soulbound: Online is a paid Early Access game on Steam. It runs on Windows only and is played through the Steam client. There is no browser version.
2. Launch the game
Start the game from your Steam library. Your Soulbound account is created automatically from your Steam account the first time you play, so there is nothing to sign up for and no separate password to remember.
3. Complete the tutorial
The tutorial takes about 10 minutes and teaches the basics in three quick steps:
- Gather some materials from the world around you.
- Plant, water and harvest your first crop.
- Head straight into your first dungeon and clear it.
Once you are out of that first dungeon, the tutorial is over and the open world is yours.
4. Explore the world
From here you can play however you like. Run dungeons, invite your friends and party up, and level up your skills as you go. Dungeons are where most of your loot, experience and progression come from, so keep running them.
5. Unlock your own base
Complete the first three dungeons and you unlock your own base. This is where you craft your own gear, and as you keep playing you can level up your base to unlock more.
