Welcome to Soulbound.game, a browser-based multiplayer role-playing game operated by Webb Technology Limited, trading as Spiderware (“Spiderware”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) sets out the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Game and associated services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Soulbound.game (“Game”), including via Discord integration or other platforms, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA and our Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 13 years old to play. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including suspected breaches of this EULA.
All intellectual property in Soulbound.game—including but not limited to the code, graphics, gameplay systems, lore, AI systems, synthetic voice content, and in-game assets—is owned by or licensed to us. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Game.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission, unless explicitly allowed by the Game’s tools or systems.
Soulbound.game includes digital content such as in-game items, cosmetics, avatars, resources, and in-game currency (“Virtual Items”). These exist solely within the Game environment and have no real-world monetary value. They are licensed—not sold—to you for use exclusively within the Game. You may not trade or sell Virtual Items outside of the Game unless we explicitly allow it.

You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account for any violation of these rules.
If you submit or create content in the Game (e.g. character names, guild names, messages, uploads, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in any form, for any purpose, including promotion or development.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
We may monitor gameplay, messages, and interactions for moderation, analytics, and enforcement purposes. We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
If you access the Game via Discord or another third-party platform, your use is also governed by their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
The Game incorporates artificial intelligence systems, including AI-generated text and AI-generated voiceovers provided by ElevenLabs or other providers. These systems are used for enhancing gameplay and narrative immersion. By using the Game, you acknowledge and consent to interacting with such AI-generated content.
You may not use third-party tools, mods, clients, or plugins unless expressly authorised. Doing so may result in account suspension or termination.
Any ideas, feedback, or suggestions you provide to us regarding the Game may be used by us without compensation or attribution. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such feedback for any purpose.
You acknowledge that we may use anti-cheat software, telemetry systems, or similar technologies to enforce this EULA and monitor the Game’s security.
We collect and process data to operate the Game, improve user experience, and conduct analytics. This includes information collected via third-party tools such as Mixpanel, Discord, and others. By using the Game, you consent to such processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach this EULA or behave in a way that harms the Game or other players. In serious cases (e.g. cheating, fraud, or abuse), bans may be permanent.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions; where this EULA and the Terms & Conditions differ, the Terms & Conditions prevail.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, internet outages, or acts of third parties.
If any part of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the Game after updates means you accept the new terms. We will notify you of material changes.
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Governing law and jurisdiction — including the right of consumers to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction — are as set out in our Terms & Conditions, and where this EULA and the Terms & Conditions differ, the Terms & Conditions prevail.
