How to contact support

If you’re stuck, have a bug, or need help with your account, you can reach our support team directly from inside the game on Steam.

How to open support chat

While you’re playing Soulbound on Steam, look for the headset icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Click it and the Steam overlay will open to your account dashboard. From there, click on Support Chat to start a live conversation with our team.

You need to be running the game through Steam for this to work. The headset icon is always visible in-game, so you can open support at any time without leaving your session.

What we can help with

When you connect to support chat, we’ll have access to your account details. That means we can investigate and fix most problems for you live while you’re chatting. Whether it’s a stuck character, a missing item, a login issue, or anything else, we can look into it on the spot.
